Therapy for Gay Men

A space where all of you can show up—without translating.

Identity, relationships, belonging, sex, shame. You don't have to tidy it up first.

Maybe you've never felt fully seen—not at home, not at work, not even in the spaces that were supposed to be safe.

You might be the "together" one. The one who figured it out alone. The one who still carries messages from a childhood, a faith, a town that never made room for who you were becoming.

Or maybe life looks fine on paper—career, friends, dating apps—and still something feels off: loneliness in a crowd, a relationship pattern you can't shake, a quiet sense that you're performing a version of yourself that gets applause but not rest.

I became a therapist partly because I know that isolation. You deserve to be met as you actually are.

What we can talk about here

No neat category required. These are the rooms we walk into most often—together, at your pace.

Identity & belonging

Coming out (again and again), internalized messages from family or faith, feeling "too much" or "not enough" in queer spaces—and building a self that isn't performing for anyone.

Relationships & attachment

Dating fatigue, fear of closeness, people-pleasing, jealousy, or the pattern of choosing partners who keep you small. We look at what your nervous system learned—and what you want instead.

Sex, intimacy & shame

Desire that feels complicated. Shame that got wired in early. The gap between who you are in bed and who you are in daylight. Using sex for reassurance that you are ok. Nothing is off-limits here.

How we work together

Casual and conversational. No taboos. Co-pilots—with room for structure when it helps and fluidity when you need to breathe.

Your identity isn't a symptom to manage

It's part of the story—and sometimes the wound. I work extensively with gay men, and you don't have to translate yourself for me.

We get curious about patterns

How early relationships shaped how you attach, protect, and seek love. What still fits. What you're ready to rewrite.

Belonging on your terms

The goal isn't a perfect identity narrative. It's a life and community that match who you actually are—not who you were told to be.

Curious if the vibe fits?

A free intro call is just a conversation—about where you are, what you're carrying, and whether it feels like we could do this work together.
